Product Inspection at Delivery
Immediate Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product in the presence of the delivery rider.
Defects or Issues: If you identify any defects, damages, or discrepancies (such as wrong size or wrong product), notify the delivery rider immediately.
Notification Window: Alternatively, you must inform us of any issues within the same day of delivery.
Exchange Eligibility
Valid Reasons for Exchange:
Defective or damaged product.
Incorrect size or wrong product delivered.
Exchange Process:
If the issue is reported promptly, we will arrange for a free exchange.
The returned product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Customer Responsibility:
If the wrong size was provided due to customer error, the customer will bear the delivery charges for the exchange.
Return Policy

Return Process:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Refunds:
